HELLO, I'M RAE

I've been behind the camera for a looooong time, but I've also done a variety of work within the events industry. Before specifically going into wedding photography, I started in events and entertainment. I spent 8 years managing entertainment talent as well as performing in theme parks all around the world. From there I went on to be a wedding coordinator & planner. I knew the ins and outs of weddings, I had a passion for creating happiness, but what I was missing was the creative element. The day I decided to combine my events experience and photography I truly understood the phrase "if you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life".

And I LOVE what I do. I still up at vows, laugh with your family during speeches and get silly with your friends on the dance floor. Then I go home, edit the gallery and relive the emotions all over again.

My work blends editorial aesthetic with real emotion, and my priority is helping you feel confident, relaxed and totally immersed in your day, so that your photos don’t just look beautiful, they reflect how you felt in the moment.

I actually want my couples to enjoy their day AND get stunning photos.

Is that too much to ask? Absolutely not! I work with my couples to create a timeline full of social time, snack breaks time to party! That way my couples don’t have to worry about the schedule, the lighting or whether they’re doing it "right". They show up, feel good, and let the day unfold, and I take care of the rest.
